500 million active users,
it's like another dimension of largest public space in the world,
where people could communicate with each other,
sharing thoughts,
creating drama,
showing off
and so much more.
So lately I notice that there are all kinds of people with all kinds of nonsense,
over doing some of the stuff till it's so damn annoying.
Which brings me to this.
Inside Facebook, we could find lots of stuff,
we've got:
STATUS
where it gives you the option to tell every person you friended (which more than half of them you don't even know or remember) what is on your mind, to give an announcement or to share information.
So now that a status could be uploaded through phones.
and yes iPhones and BlackBerry is freaking everywhere,
people could update their status anywhere anytime.
I mean that is just great because
there are just some jackasses who really wants the whole world to know about them so desperately that they need to update their status in every moment of their lives,
which annoys the fuck out of other decent people.
Whenever they enter the kitchen,
post.
"...is in the kitchen holding a wok and nothing else >.<"
Whatever is in their bowl when they're eating,
post.
"baked bean with rice now X) <3"
Whatever fucking stuff they see on the road,
post.
"...is cruising at 80km/h, oh wait is going to 100km/h now. Oh hey a shiny red car!"

PROFILE PICTURE
It's a picture were it represents your name, reminding people of your face and identifying yourself for those who aren't really good with names.
Well of course that is the technical use.
It also could be used as (also widely) showing how pretty your face is
how sociable are you
showing off boy/girlfriend
camwhores
Which is still fine in my eyes
But what's not ok is
The Deceptive Profile Picture
The following is just a theoretical example.
This is how you look after taking lots of photos in your bathroom mirror from several angles until you get one that makes you look perfect.
But THIS is how you actually look in real life.
Another one is
The Couple Picture.
It's fine that a picture of a couple having fun
BUT it would certainly be disgusting to show two of you making out like it's a screen shot from a pornographic film 
And what I think it's the worst of all, OF ALL

this two kinds fail the same amount as each other.
I mean wow! People are suppose to know who you are by looking at a beautiful landscape or a mountain.

Facebook games generally for me is totally fine because I don't know some people find it fun to play with friends and all.
But what people is abusing is
Yes! That goddamn foursquare application.
It's fine if you post it on Facebook when you are at a fascinating place
but OH MY GOD!
checking-in at mamak stalls, cinema, restaurants, shopping malls, public buses, lecture halls, canteen, badminton courts, pet shops, saloons, ais kacang stalls
doing shit
nobody gives a fuck!
Stop publicly announcing
have a more private life
and quit thinking it's cool the fact that you're doing your everyday life's routine.
I want to say something about the Japan's misfortune related topic
about how people now saying the end of the world is coming
cherish every moment of your life
but I just don't have the energy.

shut the hell up I don't need you to tell me to live my life.
